iPRO has developed its own unique bottle shape produced with 100% recyclable packaging and currently uses recycled materials with a company wide ambition to reach 75% recycled materials by 2021.
iPRO will REDUCE all single hard back use plastics and replace with RECYCLED clear plastic, as well as REDUCE the manufacture and supply of packaged water to iPRO's partners by replacing with REUSABLE water bottles.

Hydration
Physical activity of any type produces heat within the body, which can result in harmful increases in body temperature. Sweating is the main function in releasing heat loss from the body but if the fluid lost (sweat) is not replaced, then dehydration occurs and body temperature will continue to increase. In summary, the intake of the correct fluid is of paramount importance to the safe and effective functioning of the body during physical activity.
Fatigue during endurance performance is mainly caused by dehydration and depletion of the carbohydrate stores in the body.
