iPRO Hydrates AFC Bournemouth's Mid-Season Training Camp in Dubai

Amid the 2022 World Cup and the Premier League break, AFC Bournemouth Men's First Team have been training in Dubai. And with temperatures expected to reach 31° this week, players are relying on iPRO Hydrate to keep them healthily hydrated.

The squad were put through their paces in the first session of their mid-season camp, which involved plenty of running and small-sided ball work. In just one training session, players can lose up to 3 litres of sweat and 5 grams of sodium. But with access to bottles of iPRO Hydrate, Cherries players can easily maintain their hydration levels.
